2024 Constitutional Amendments

General Election

Six constitutional amendments will appear on the November 5, 2024, General Election ballot. Two were submitted through the initiative petition process, and four were proposed by the Florida Legislature. Constitutional amendments appear at the end of the ballot after the candidate contests. If there is a local ballot measure you are eligible to vote on, it will appear after the constitutional amendments.
